That includes 19 years with two of Florida's largest water utilities, where he held direct oversight of metering standards and AWWA compliance programs. AWWA certification is the gold standard in the water utility industry. Maurice did not learn about it from a spec sheet. He administered it.

When his name is on a savings projection or a Water Engineering Study, it carries the weight of a career spent inside the water utility industry, not on the outside selling into it.


Dan Prescott - Co-Founder

Dan is the founder of AquaHawk, the platform now monitoring over 1,000,000 endpoints at 125+ utilities across the country.

He spent 17 years building and scaling water intelligence at utility scale. He built the commercial water intelligence model that PhantomH2O runs on today. This is not a platform that was assembled from off-the-shelf components. It was purpose-built by someone who spent nearly two decades solving this exact problem at the utility level.
